Tobacco industries BAT and JTI close down some plants
June 20 (IIS, Glas Javnosti) - Multinational tobacco industry BAT closed down tobacco plants in Great Britain and Canada.
JTI announced closing of 8 from 25 domestic factories because of continuously falling sales of tobacco products in Japan.
Both BAT and JTI are interested in buying Serbian tobacco industries DIN and DIV.
