Serbia-Montenegro cooperates with Bern Union
15:50 BELGRADE , June 18 (Tanjug) - Minister of International Economic Relations Branko Lukovac on Wednesday informed a Bern Union delegation that the Fund for Insurance and Financing of Foreign Trade Businesses (SMEKA) would begin operating shortly, Serbia-Montenegro Council of Ministers stated.
The complete SMEKA project, in the value of 30 million dollars, will be financed by a World Bank's 11.5 million dollar credit, while the remaining funds will be obtained by means of
bilateral and multilateral donations.
