Sami: G17 and DHSS acting against the state union
June 10 (Blic) - 'In Serbia, unfortunately there are political parties such as DHSS, ready to give priority to their party's interests over the interests of the state union. DHSS and G17 Plus have entered a serious campaign for destruction of the state union in spite the fact that EU and its high representative Javier Solana clearly said that Serbia and Montenegro have to go together along the road to Europe', Zoran Sami, DSS vice president said.
'The ruling coalitions in Serbia and Montenegro are working slowly and incorrectly in setting up institutions of the state union', Sami said.
According to his words, DSS shall hold party assembly on June 15 to elect new party leadership. The only so far registered candidate for party president is actual DSS president Vojislav Kostunica. The assembly is also to accept the new statute according to which DSS will have maximum of three vice presidents.
