YUTA protests against announced cancellation of charter flights to Turkey
15:37 BELGRADE , June 10 (Tanjug) - The Association of Tourist Agencies of Serbia and Montenegro (YUTA) on Tuesday issued a strong protest against announcements of competent Turkish authorities that Serbia-Montenegro's JAT Airways, Aviogenex and Montenegro Airlines charter flights to Turkish tourist destinations would be cancelled. YUTA Director Radisav Stankovic told Tanjug on Tuesday that some YUTA members had concluded contracts with Serbia-Montenegro's air carriers in time and demanded their full observation.
"We expect that our competent state organs and responsible persons in air transport companies will find a common language with Turkish officials and remove all impediments to the work of trip organizers and enable the realization of the previously signed contracts on charter flights to Turkey," Stankovic said.
