SCG Council of Minister will refuse USA request
June 5 (Blic) - Serbia and Montenegro shall most likely refuse to sign agreement that would guarantee immunity to American citizens before the Permanent international criminal court', a source close to SCG Council of Ministers told 'Blic' daily yesterday.
According to this source, the Council agreed that Serbia and Montenegro makes no comment on the agreement before June 21 when EU summit is going to be held in
Thessalonica.
