Negative effects of Action Plan on Serbia
17:37 NOVI SAD , June 4 (Tanjug) - National Bank of Serbia (NBS) Governor Mladjan Dinkic said in Novi Sad on Wednesday that the harmonization of the 20 times bigger Serbian market with that of Montenegro is impossible, because Montenegro does not want a joint market and there is no political will for creating a functional union.
"The implementation of the Action Plan for the harmonization of the Serbian and Montenegrin markets will increase Serbia's foreign trade deficit and reduce the budget by 60 million - 100 million euros," Dinkic told prominent Vojvodina businessmen.
