Serbia should have export-oriented production
17:54 BELGRADE , June 3 (Tanjug) - Serbia needs fast economic development, especially specialized exports, National Bank of Serbia (NBS)
Governor Mladjan Dinkic said Tuesday warning that the expected 20 percent export increase in 2003 would be insufficient.
"We manufacture everything and this is not good," Dinkic told the press adding that Serbia should copy the Irish economic model which focused on several strategic products aimed for export and changed what it exported every year in agreement with its chamber of commerce in order to find out what the world market wants.
