For making the real estate registry €35 million
June 02 (IIS, Danas) - Serbia needs to provide €35 million for making the country wide real estate registry in next 5 years, stated deputy director of the Republicki Geodetski Zavod (geodesy bureau) Zagorka Gospavic.
World Bank announced €20 million loan and Mrs. Gospavic expects that other donors will help to provide other €15 million. Only 1.6 billion dinars (€24.6
million) has been set aside in this year budget for this task.
Such a registry is the base for economic development, credits, privatization and foreign investments. So far 27% of Serbian territory is noted and plan is to reach 50% of noted territory by the end of the year.
