Vojvodjanska Banka stays a Serbian bank
June 02 (IIS, Politika) - Deputy Governor of National Bank of Serbia Radovan Jesalic dismissed as unfounded fears that International Financial Corporation – IFC by converting its claims in shares could take control over Novi Sad based Vojvodjanka Banka.
IFC can’t pick more than 10% - 15% of Vojovdjanska Banka stock because that is prohibited by its inner regulations and because Serbian authorities wouldn’t permit such overtake.
