Millions of euros are awaiting ratification - Dinkic
09:36 BELGRADE, June 2 (Tanjug) - The amount of 200 million euros cannot enter Serbia because the state union of Serbia and Montenegro is not functional, National Bank of Serbia Governor Mladjan Dinkic has said.
"About a month and a half ago, the World Bank approved to us an interest-free 40-million-euro loan for support to social protection in Serbia, but this money cannot enter the Serbian budget, since the holding of the Serbia-Montenegro parliament session where the loan should be ratified has been repeatedly postponed," Dinkic told the Belgrade daily Politika.
