Serbian parliament abolishes Law on YCCI
19:33 BELGRADE , May 27 (Tanjug) - The Serbian parliament on Tuesday abolished the Law on the Yugoslav Chamber of Commerce and Industry (YCCI), as a technical solution necessitated by the creation of the new state union of Serbia and Montenegro.
The amendments, accepted by the government, leave it to the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Serbia and Montenegro to take over the rights, responsibilities and assets of the federal chamber. The Serbian and Montenegrin Chambers should elaborate this division with the previous agreement of republican governments.
