Industrial production is dropping
16:22 BELGRADE, May 21 (Tanjug) - In the first four months of 2003, industrial production in Serbia and
Montenegro dropped by three percent on the same period last year, while compared to the January- April period in 1991, it is down by 58,6 percent, Federal Statistics Institute Assistant Director Dragi Stojiljkovic told the press on Wednesday.
In April 2003, industrial production was 1.9 percent down on the average monthly production in last year, while the mean production in the first months of 2003 was down by 7.3 percent on the same parameter last year.
