Pilot project to facilitate employment in Serbia
19:14 BELGRADE , May 21 (Tanjug) - The Employment Promotion pilot project, at the value of 4.9 million dollars, will help establish new standards in employment and facilitate the employment of people who are looking for their first job as well as those who lost their jobs in transition, it was said at the promotion of the project on Wednesday.
Serbian Minister of Labour and Employment Dragan Milovanovic said that the project promoted a new approach to employment and created re-employment programmes and that it would be implemented in Nis, Kraljevo, Lazarevac and Pancevo in the next 2.5 years. These towns all had specific industries and enterprises that should undergo the restructuring process.
