Privatization of Knjaz Milos mineral water producer still uncertain
May 20 (IIS, Tanjug) - Up till now there is not final decision on Knjaz Milos privatization neither after the session of Knjaz Milos’s board and labor union.
Danone, Nestle and mostly Coca Cola are interested in buying Knjaz Milos.
Small shareholders, mainly workers and managers, have majority stake in Knjaz Milos. State disposes with 41% of shares. Serbian Ministry for Privatization set May 20th as deadline for decision on selling its 41% stake.
The board and the labor union of Knjaz Milos still prefer increasing factory’s value by 25% with outside investments in next three years.
