Cooperation between Vojvodina and Austrian province Stayerska
May 19 (IIS, Politika) - Government of Vojvodina and representatives of Austrian province Stayerska signed a protocol of cooperation.
Some concrete deals were already concluded. The Novi Sad based NIS (Serbian state owned oil and oil derivatives producer) will export €7 million worth oil derivatives to Austria.
Two important environment protection projects were agreed: on procedure and storage of medical waste; and on methods providing drinking water in some Vojvodina’s sites which have a problem with arsenic in water sources.
