Djelic about Labus's staying in Agency for Recovery of Banks
19:52 BELGRADE , May 18 (Tanjug) - Serbian Finance Minister Bozidar Djelic has assessed that the latest developments on the political-economic scene of Serbia, after the government vote on the
proposals for appointing council members of the Agency for the Recovery and Liquidation of Banks, have a political background and it is "clear to all that this is political friction between DOS and G17 plus."
Djelic told the Belgrade newspaper Politika, in an interview released on Sunday, that he feels a "professional loyalty, even personal friendship, towards Miroljub Labus and that he cannot reconcile with being his successor at a post where Labus had good results (in the Agency for the Recovery of Banks).
