Ljubljanska Bank takes over Montenegrobank
17:49 PODGORICA , May 10 (Tanjug) - Montenegrin Finance Minister Miroslav Ivanisevic and Nova Ljubljanska Bank (NLB) president of the board of directors Marko Voljc signed in Podgorica on Friday an agreement on the sale of Monenegrobank to this bank from Slovenia.
NLB bought 91 percent of shares of Montenegrobank for 11.1 million euros, and pledged to invest 30 million euros in development projects of the Montenegrin economy.
