Italian company Titan Tex started initiative for Ateks privatization
May 7 (IIS) - Italian company Titan Tex, located in San Marino, started initiative for privatization of Serbian textile products trader Ateks. In buying Ateks are also interested: Belet (Italy), a Greek firm and Delta (Serbia).
Ateks will be privatized on auction procedure. Auction is scheduled for May 23, The value of Ateks is estimated on €30 million and opening auction price is €4 million.
Ateks has 25,000 m2 office spaces (workshops, warehouses, garages, shops).
