Privatization of Industrija Stakla Pancevo and Porcelan Zajecar
Industrija Staklo Pancevo Glass Industry Pancevo is one of the oldest manufactures of flat glass in south-eastern Europe. The right to bid on the tender for this factory's privatization goes to a firm whose production, processing or distribution of flat or technical glass entails a total income of minimum $15 million during last year or with total property of minimum $30 million.
The right to bid on the tender for Porcelan, a porcelain producer located in Zajecar, goes to a firm who produces or trades porcelain for households during the last 3 year period with total income of minimum $5 million during last year or with total property worth minimum $10 million.
Tender documentation for these companies can be purchased by May 26, and tender offers could be posted by June 27. Deposit for participation on tender is $50,000 and the price of tender documentation is $6,000.
