Harmonization meeting cancelled due to prior commitment
PODGORICA – The Montenegrin Government’s Public Relations Bureau has confirmed the last minute cancellation of customs regulations
harmonization talks between Serbian and Montenegrin government experts, which were scheduled for today.
The cancellation comes after Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Cedomir Jovanovic said this morning that the meetings would resume today and tomorrow in the Montenegrin capital.
According to the Podgorica press, the talks were cancelled because, amongst other things, Montenegrin Finance Minister Miroslav Ivanosevic was in Uzbekistan attending the annual assembly of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The Montenegrin PR Bureau could not confirm whether or not tomorrow’s meeting will go ahead as planned.
