Harmonization of Serbia and Montenegro - Plan full of holes
Brussels - European Union officials yesterday said that acceptance of action plan about harmonization of economies and Customs of Serbia and Montenegro was 'good but not sufficient step.
As EU officials said the action plan must contain precisely defined phases of harmonization of markets and Customs-trade systems of Serbia and Montenegro.
'The goal is clear: to achieve a unique economic room' and that 'European Union has relations with one power only'. This is also the key precondition that European Union makes a feasibility study for negotiations about agreement for stabilization and association of Serbia and Montenegro with European Union.
