Emergency legislation on financial leasing to be introduced
BELGRADE - The Serbian Government had proposed to the Parliament to introduce an emergency legislation on financial leasing, explaining that the legislation would directly stimulate the revitalization of economic activities, development of the economy and its market reconstruction.
The government believes that the economic importance of financial leasing includes the possibility of obtaining modern equipment without using one's own capital or credit funds. Also, it provides for temporary use of equipment for which there is no permanent interest.
