Prvi Partizan, a Serbian arms factory produces ammunition for Portugal
Prvi Partizan, a Serbian arms factory located in Uzice, has produced ammunition for Portugal. This company expects to sell its military ammunition to other NATO countries.
Prvi Partizan also expects to sell its pistol and carbine munitions on the US market.
During the next three years the arms factory could reach annual production worth more than $8 million.
Difficulties in obtaining transport licenses through countries in Western Europe are the main problem for Prvi Partizan. For example this company must sometimes wait 2 months to obtain a license for ammunition transport, through Austria to Hamburg, a major German port.
