Serbian government adopts regulations on exchange of goods with Montenegro
BELGRADE - The Serbian government adopted on Wednesday legal acts which regulate the exchange of goods between Serbia and Montenegro, as well as their taxation, the government press service has announced.
Also adopted was a decree on the method of accounting and payment of the sales tax and recording the exchange of goods with
Montenegro, a decree on the method of accounting and payment of excise duties in the exchange of goods with Montenegro, a decree on the procedure with goods being exchanged with Montenegro and a decree on the conditions for taking over goods from
customs before payment of customs duties and other duties and the securing of the payment of customs and other duties.
