To EU not independently
Podgorica - 'Announcements about independent joining European institutions in case of failure in reaching agreement about action plan between Serbia and Montenegro are unacceptable', Jan Willem Blankertt, European Commission advisor for Serbia and Montenegro said.
'For European Union at this moment there is only one process of association and stabilization of Serbia and Montenegro', Blankertt said.
