Montenegro will not change its currency, Krgovic
BELGRADE - President of the Montenegrin Central Bank's Council Ljubisa Krgovic said on Tuesday in Belgrade that the official Montenegro's organs, the government and the central bank, do not think of changing the currency regime.
The present currency regime has positive effects in the long run and I do not see any reasons for changing it, especially because would be costly and risky toleave this regime, said Krgovic following the signing of an agreement on co-operation between Montenegro's and Serbia's central banks with Serbian National Bank Governor Mladjan Dinkic.
