Owner of Nucarco Malcolm Bricklyn comes to Serbia on May 11
The owner of Nucarco Malcolm Bricklyn comes to Zastava on May 11 to continue negotiations for establishment of a joint-venture car company Zastava Motor Works, with Zastava Car. American and
Japanese experts who had been engaged by Bricklyn have concluded that Zastava’s cars couldn’t be sold on North and South American markets because these cars wouldn’t satisfy their strict standards concerning environmental protection and safety. Huge investments would be required to implement necessary changes.
However, Bricklyn has changed his original plan, with an idea to sell present Zastava’s car models, Yugo and Florida, on the Indian market.
