This year's second quarter is most difficult, Serbian Minister
BELGRADE - Serbian Minister for foreign economic relations Goran Pitic said on Friday that the second quarter of this year is the most problematic one as far as the budget deficit and the budget in general are concerned, but that there are ways of overcoming the problem.
"From today's perspective, there are indications that this could be solved. There could be some positive circumstances, such as income growth from privatization, perhaps a
macrofinancial assistance from the European Union that would be more than welcome," said Pitic in a live broadcast by Radio B92, pointing out that "it is still not clear how big the budget deficit is".
