Pitic says donor conference for Serbia-Montenegro probably to be held in September
BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of International Economic Relations Goran Pitic said on Friday that a new donor conference for Serbia and Montenegro was expected to be held in Belgrade in September, after representatives of the Serbia and Montenegro's governments had received the support for its holding from the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, United States and the European Union.
Addressing a news conference at the Serbian government, dedicated to the Serbian delegations' visit to the United States, Pitic said that in cooperation with other ministries, the Ministry of International Economic Relations had already prepared a document entitled Plan of Serbia's Reforms No. 2, which is similar to the one from the Brussels donor conference for FR Yugoslavia.
