Agreement between Serbia and Montenegro on IMF credit next week, NBS governor
BELGRADE - Following an agreement that should take place next week, of the total credit that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has approved to Serbia and Montenegro, 129 million dollars should be apportioned to Serbia, and eight million dollars to Montenegro, said on Thursday National Bank of Serbia (NBS) governor Mladjan Dinkic.
Recalling that the decision of the IMF board of directors to approve to Serbia and Montenegro two installments of a credit, in the amount of 137 million dollars, Dinkic said at a press conference that next week in Belgrade he will sign with the governor of the central bank of Montenegro, Ljubisa Krgovic, a protocol on cooperation of the two central banks.
