S-M and World Bank sign agreement for restructuring banks and enterprises
BELGRADE - Serbia-Montenegro International Economic Relations Minister Branko Lukovac and World Bank Serbia and Montenegro Country Office head Rory O'Sullivan on Thursday signed a Legal Agreement for an 11-million-dollar credit for the privatization and restructuring of banks and enterprises.
This is a concessional IDA credit with no interest and 20 years maturity (ten years grace period, ten years repayment). It is part of the total of 540 million dollars which the World Bank will send the Serbia-Montenegro by 2004.
