New law on central bank by end of year, Dinkic
BELGRADE - A new law on a central bank, which should provide a series of systemic solutions, should be adopted by the end of the year, said on Thursday National Bank of Serbia governor Mladjan Dinkic.
He said, in a press conference, that the new law should increase the independence of the central bank, as under the old law the independence of the domestic central bank is now smaller than in other countries.
