Uniworld has offered best price for the travel company Putnik
Under the auspices of a closed privatization tender, US company Uniworld has offered the best bid for Serbian travel company Putnik. Uniworld has offered $5.2 million for 70% of Putnik’s shares, over $44 million of investments and $500,000 for a social care program. The total value of Uniworld is over $50 million. Uniworld mostly
organizes river tours.
Putnik is Serbia's largest tourist company and possess many hotels (on Kopaonik, Becici), the entire island of Sveti Marko near Tivat, many offices, a rent-a-car office net, few buses and business buildings in the heart of Belgrade.
