The Parliament of S&M has adopted a Law governing Cooperation with the Hague Tribunal
Serbia & Montenegro Parliament has adopted the Law governing Cooperation with the Hague Tribunal for war crimes committed on the territory of the former SFRJ.
The law enables full cooperation, including the extradition of all suspected persons and the transfer of all information requested by the Tribunal. Full cooperation with the Hague Tribunal is one of the key conditions for further economic support to Serbia & Montenegro.
