Decree on exchange of goods within Serbia-Montenegro prevents gray economy - former official
PODGORICA - Former commissioner of Customs, Vladan Begovic, who had been acquitted of his duty, said on Tuesday that a new decree on exchange of goods between the state union's member-countries would not make the transport from one state to the other any easier, because it envisaged a lot more complicated pocedure, and added that it would, however, surely make less room for smuggling and spreading of gray economy.
Begovic told the Podgorica daily Vijesti that when imported goods were to be transported from Montenegro to Serbia and vice versa, a same procedure would be applied as if the borders were international ones.
