Agreement on SCG's fiscal agents at IMF and WB realistic, Montenegro's Finance Minister
PODGORICA - Montenegro's Finance Minister Miroslav Ivanisevic said on Wednesday that the agreement reached in Washington on representation of Serbia and Montenegro in the international monetary institutions is a balance between the functionality and respect of political reality of the new relations in the state union.
Finance ministers of Serbia and Montenegro signed on Tuesday an agreement according to which the National Bank of Serbia is the country's fiscal agent at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Central Bank of Montenegro at the World Bank (WB), while the agreement is expected to be ratified by the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro (SCG) in Belgrade on Wednesday.
