Tender issued for privatisation of Serbian Glass Works
JAGODINA - The Serbian Privatisation Agency on Tuesday issued a tender for the sale of 70 percent of socially owned capital of the Paracin-based Serbian Glass Works and set the deposit for participation in the tender at 100,000 dollars, Tanjug was told at the mill.
The deadline for bids is July 11 and tender documents will be available to all interested parties as of April 22. The Spanish company Nimas1 is the advisor in the privatisation process.
