Dafimet embezzler to be questioned on Wednesday
BELGRADE – The interrogation of Dafina Milanovic, former fugitive owner of the collapsed pyramid banking scheme “Dafimet Bank”, has been rescheduled for Wednesday.
She was due to be questioned today at Belgrade’s Central Prison, but the interrogation has been postponed due to a lack of space.
Branislav Todic, Belgrade District Court’s Chief of Investigation, explained that: “the prison is totally full and there are no conditions available for questioning”.
Speaking to press from the Palace of Justice, where the interrogation is to take place, Todic confirmed that the investigation of Milanovic would be closed to the public.
