Serbian delegation at the spring session of the IMF and the World Bank will ask the support for reforms
The Serbian delegation will participate at the annual spring session of the IMF and the World Bank at the end of this week. In Saturday the members of the delegation will present the status of the situation in Serbia after the assassination of Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic.
The meeting with World Bank president Johanes Lean had been previously scheduled, says Serbian Minister for Foreign Economic Relations Goran Pitic.
The Serbian delegation will request that a donators conference be organized in June instead of later in the fall of this year. A meeting with the president of Exim Bank is also predicted.
Serbian Minister for Privatization and Economy Aleksandar Vlahovic and Serbian Minister for Finance and Economy Bozidar Djelic will discuss a World Bank loan in the amount of $85 million, intended to aid the development of the Serbian private and financial sectors.
