Malcolm Bricklyn has demanded a delay until August for signing contract with Zastava
Owner of American company Nucarco Malcolm Bricklyn has demanded a delay until August for a possible contract signing with car producer Zastava in Kragujevac.
According to the agreement Bricklyn needs to establish a dealer network and find financial partners which will provide $175 million until August. There has been no word concerning levels of commissions he'll be contractually required to pay for such an attractive arrangement.
