Zorka Subotica needs strategic partner
Fertilizer producer Zorka, located in Subotica, has had several crises during the years and has spent more than one year in bankruptcy. This is causing difficulties with its privatization.
Zorka is the owner of Zorka Klotild 1904 which also can't be privatized because of debts of its founder.
The solution is to find a strategic partner which would buy the both factories, continue production and takeover at least a portion of their debts.
