NIS is afraid of its own inertia
The Ministry of Energy and Mines has expressed serious worries concerning the attitude of the board of directors of NIS [Naftna Industrija Srbija – State owned Serbian Petroleum Industry], that crude oil market liberalization would jeopardize the company’s business operations.
The Ministry estimates such an attitude as an indicator of un-readiness for necessary changes and as inertia.
