Serbian furniture producer steps up production
VRANJE - The southern Serbian company Simpo increased production in the first quarter of 2003 by 2.4 percent in comparison with the same period of 2002, head of Simpo's analysis and planning department Budimir Mihajlovic said.
The value of production amounted to 19.555 million euros and of exports 5.84 million or 35.6 percent more than in the first three months of 2002, he said and added that goods had been exported to Belgium, Italy, Canada, Germany, United States, France, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Slovenia and Croatia.
