Bill on Serbian National Bank to be adopted shortly - deputy premier
BELGRADE - Serbian Deputy Premier Cedomir Jovanovic said on Tuesday that a bill on the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) would be adopted as soon as
possible, by which all dilemmas regarding the institutions' status would be solved.
The "Constitutional Charter is full of holes, one of them referring to the NBS and the Yugoslav Central Bank...," Jovanovic pointed out, commenting on the Monday dispute between Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Zivkovic and NBS Governor Mladjan Dinkic.
