74,000 Euros for salaries - The cost of Serbia and Montenegro deputies and ministries
The monthly amount that has to be provided on monthly basis for salaries of deputies and members of the Council of Minister of new state union of Serbia and Montenegro is 4,431,257 Dinars or almost 74,000 Euros. This is calculation that 'Blic' daily made on the basis of data about individual salaries of a deputy and minister.
When deputies in Serbia and Montenegro Parliament are concerned, Serbia provides 93.3 per cent for their salaries and Montenegro 6.7 per cent. When all items are taken into account, including costs of daily parliamentary session of 500,000 Dinars it is easy to calculate that the annual costs of Serbia and Montenegro Parliament amount to 76 mill Dinars or 1.26 mill Euros. Serbia provides from its budget 1,175,000 Euros and Montenegro 84,420 Euros. This further means that average annual cost of one deputy is 10,000 Euros or something over 800 Euros per month.
