DIN and DIV on tender
Belgrade - Serbian Agency for privatization yesterday announced tenders for sale of social capital of tobacco factories DIN-Nis and DIV-Vranje.
The social capital of DIN being offered for sale is 6.5 bills of Dinars and it constitutes 66.45 percent of the total property of that factory.
As regards DIV the portion for sale is 67.8 per cent of factory's capital estimated on 652.8 million Dinars.
According to tender documentation the buyer should have at least five-year experience in production of tobacco products.
