Bankruptcy law draft
The Serbian government will adopt a draft Bankruptcy Law by the end of the April and Parliament should vote on it by the end of May, Minister for Economy and Privatization Aleksandar Vlahovic said. Creditors interests will be better protected than now. Privatization
through bankruptcy will be enabled. Bankruptcy procedure will be limited in duration.
