Judicial laws
The Serbian government has adopted many draft judicial laws and sent them to Parliament for urgent procedural adoption. The goal of these laws is to improve the fight against organized crime. According to the law drafts the confiscation of the property of organized criminals will be enabled as well as cumulative penalties for many committed crime acts and police arrests lasting up to 60 days.
