New bankruptcy draft law isn’t acceptable to trade unions
The draft of the new bankruptcy law gives priority to other debtors rather than employees with unpaid salaries, the president of the trade union organization Savez Samostalnih Sindikata Srbije Miljenko Smiljanic estimated.
