New regulation on oil is an introduction into liberalization of oil product market in Serbia
BELGRADE - Serbian Ministry for Mining and Energy Kori Udovicki said on Friday that the new Regulation on Import and Processing of Oil, in effect from 1 May 2003 to 30 June 2006, is a preparation for a full liberalization of the oil product market.
The regulation is aimed at providing a balance of energy supply and consumption, equal conditions for all oil importers and a separation of trade of oil products from processing of crude oil, Udovicki specified at a press conference.
